I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who uses humor and compassion in providing client centered, solution focused interventions. My clinical experience is in working with individuals of all ages to resolve the effects of anxiety, grief and loss. Have you, or know someone who has just been given a diagnosis of cancer? Understanding your fear and confusion are things I believe I can help you look at. My goal is to assist you to obtain personal insight, strength and skills to find peace.
My clients have described me as warm, empathic, authentic and non-judgemental. My office is a safe and relaxed space for us to engage in conversations of meaning. The goal of counseling is to help you feel that these unexpected life events can be resolved by proactive methods. I think of myself as a supportive guide who can assist you to be your true self.
